This is the 4th time that we're using Candid and I must say, they did an outstanding job. Saved us from spending a lot of money in the future. This house is infested with termites, foundation is bad, the pipes are rusted out and he couldn't even locate the water meter. I rather spend the money 💰 now instead of later. He goes above and beyond the call of duty on his inspection. This is the last house we're buying and I'm so glad that we canceled out on this house because it is a money 💰 🤑 💸 pit. 1000% recommended!!! My husband, and I are first time home buyers and had several questions and concerns. However, after William took the time to address our priorities, we were at a better, and more peaceful understanding. We can’t recommend William and Kenna enough to anyone that’s looking for their services. Kenna provides exceptional customer service from the start, and is prompt to respond via text/calls. We had a wonderful experience working with both Kenna and William! My partner and I are first time homebuyers, so finding the right inspector was very important to us. When we met William at the house as he was wrapping up the inspection, he walked us through the entire house and went over any deficiencies he thought were important for us to know about, and then what we needed to prioritize once we moved in. He spent multiple hours at the home and took A TON of pictures for us to reference.

Kenna also was extremely friendly and accomodating on the phone and over text, and was cheering us on as we worked through the contract with the seller and got closer and closer to being under contract. She also made sure they would have availability for an inspection while we were in our option period.

The report itself was also super easy to read and we appreciated William explaining it to us as well as recording videos showing the specific items and being able to view those in the report. It was also all color coded by level of issue and that was very helpful to see as well.
